At Free Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
